ICFA’s Mission
ICFA is an ECOSOC-accredited organization committed to empowering families and communities across Africa.
The Challenge
Over 60% of Nigeria’s population is under 25. High unemployment persists due to limited access to future-ready, industry-relevant technical skills.
The Strategic Boot Camp Initiative
Focused on Building Automation Engineering and smart infrastructure systems. Equips youth with practical skills for energy efficiency, automation, and digital infrastructure.
Implementation Plan
Pilot launch: Lagos, 2026
Target: 1,000 trained youth within 3 years
Hands-on training, certifications, internships, and mentorship.
