L.I.F.E EMPOWERMENT / SKILL ACQUISITION PROGRAM
Through our L.I.F.E (Live In Full Expectation) Project, ICFA provides free skill acquisition training and empowerment opportunities, specifically targeted at girls and young mothers within the community. This program equips participants with practical skills that enhance their employability and empower them economically. Also, through strategic planning sessions, we train our staff and volunteers on strengthening Internal Processes (Logistics) and Stakeholder Engagement, including communication with donors, partners, and stakeholders, exploring partnerships, capacity building, and research and needs assessments.
SKILLS ACQUISITION TRAINING PROGRAM
Our comprehensive training program covers various essential skills including farming, tailoring, computer studies, fashion design, hairdressing, catering, and more. We focus on practical, hands-on training that prepares participants for real-world employment opportunities.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Skills Acquisition and Empowerment Project equips women and young people with practical, job‑ready skills across tailoring, fashion design, computer/ICT, hairdressing, catering and agriculture. Through hands-on training, mentorship and startup support, participants gain pathways to employment or launch small businesses that improve their livelihoods.
